Dr. Matt Johnson

 

Dr. Matt Johnson received his Doctorate in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Change Management in June of 2014.

He also holds a dual Master’s Degree in Project & Business Management.

 

Dr. Matt has been involved in nonprofit work for most of his 24+ professional career.  Handling public relations, marketing, fundraising and relationship building with external and internal stakeholders.

 

As a nonprofit leader, Dr. Matt has increased external stakeholder involvement across an organization through excellent relationship building skills. This led to an increase in revenue growth and volunteer engagement. A 60% increase at a former employer.  Dr. Matt has engaged internal stakeholders to create a culture of philanthropy through excellent organizational skills.

 

Dr. Matt has chaired three Boards.  One is an outreach to kids through a faith-based organization, another serves the professional development of grant writers and the third is an activist group dealing with issues related to hunger and poverty.

 

He has lead each of these organizations through a structure building process.  Each organization is functioning at a high degree of success.  Each organization is making an impact on their target constituent.
